What this is
The sessions offered here, EFT, Jin Shin Jyutsu®, LiberatingTouch® and the integrative sessions that draw on them, are complementary therapies. They are intended to support wellbeing alongside the medical care you already receive.
What this is not
Nothing offered here is a medical diagnosis, a medical treatment, or a substitute for advice from a doctor, a nurse, a psychiatrist, a psychologist or any other regulated healthcare professional.
No claim is made that any session treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Where this site describes what people notice after a session, it is describing what people have reported, not an outcome that is promised to you or to anyone else.
Please keep your medical care
Never stop, reduce or change prescribed medication because of anything said in a session or written on this site. Never delay seeking medical advice because you have a session booked. If a doctor has given you guidance that conflicts with something here, follow the doctor.
Anita trained as a nurse, and that training is part of why she says this plainly rather than in small print: complementary therapy works best beside good medical care, not instead of it.
If you are unwell or in crisis
This is not an emergency service, and messages sent through this site are not monitored out of hours.
- In an emergency, call 999.
- For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
- To talk to someone at any hour, call Samaritans free on 116 123.
